Smgang Temple
Singang Village originally did not have
its own temple and residents worshiped
deities at home and in temple festivals
locally or went to temples outside the
village. Due to the inconvenience, the
first head of the village and some follow-
ers, thus, proposed to build Singang
Temple during his tenure. Legend had it
that the change of deity in the temple on
the tour of Wu Fu Ciansuei commonly
worshipped in Nankunshen to Singang.
The temple was remodeled in August,
1973 due to wearing out and it was compl-
eted in August 1976.
